About Me: Passion for the Mind, Body, and Holistic Healing
I’ve always been fascinated by the interplay between the mind and body and how they influence each other. This curiosity led me on an exciting and diverse path – from studying Technical Mathematics in Linz to my progressive studies in Cognitive Science in Vienna.
But my interest went even deeper: I wanted to understand the mind not just from the outside, but also through inner exploration. This led me to intensive meditation practice, long silent retreats, and a deep engagement with transformative methods. My yoga teacher training and personal yoga practice showed me just how powerful the connection between body and mind can be.
My Journey with Neurofeedback and Psychotherapy
Since 2017, I’ve been passionately working in the field of Neurofeedback. This method immediately captivated me with its precision and effectiveness. It’s fascinating to see how the brain learns to regulate itself and develop healthier patterns through targeted feedback.
Alongside this, I’ve continued to expand my expertise: In the summer of 2023, I completed my psychotherapy propaedeutic training, and since fall 2024, I’ve been training to become a Psychodrama therapist. My vision is to combine Neurofeedback and psychotherapy to support people in a holistic way. I believe that by integrating modern technology with depth-psychological approaches, we can achieve lasting change.
My Free Time: Movement, Nature, and Inspiration
When I’m not in the practice, you’ll often find me dancing the 5 Rhythms – a passion that helps me express myself and relax. I also love spending time in nature, whether it’s in the Vienna Woods, the Viennese Alps, or the foothills of Upper Austria. For me, nature is not just a place to unwind but also a source of inspiration and strength.
